Why Sensual?

I invite you to reclaim the true meaning of sensuality - not as something sexual (although sex can be a very sensual experience) but as a profound way of being fully alive. To be sensual is to have all of your awareness on the body’s senses. To live sensorially is to settle into the richness of these senses, allowing life itself to become an experience of deep presence and awareness.
